Q. What are the best residential areas in Cebu?
There are a lot. The best area is arguably the hilly area centered around Banilad. There's Beverly Hills, Maria Luisa Estate Park, Paradise Village, Northtown Homes, etc. In Mactan, the best area is the far side of the island, along the coastal road where the resorts are clustered. Some other good areas are the hilly portions of Labangon, Banawa, and Guadalupe. In the south there are a few good subdivisions near Pardo; in the north, towards Consolacion.
