Though there a lot of low-rise condos toward the bottom end of the market, there aren't many luxury condos available compared to Manila. A budget of a few million will get you a nice condo with a good view. A penthouse will set you back a lot more. Because there aren't many high-rise buildings in Cebu, a view is easy to get.
