Sadly, many people who have been in this business for decades have forgotten that their
job is to please the client: they tend to use a Swiss army knife of tricks to somehow extract money from the client. That will never be our attitude.
There is no such thing as the perfect house, or perfect lot. Of course, customers always have their dream house or lot in mind. But the properties on the market in the real world inevitably have problems. Often, many problems. Even if you look at hundreds of lots, there will always be at least one problem. For example, the lot is too big. Or too small. It has a squatter. It's too steep. There's no right of way. There's a problem with the water supply. The lot is the subject of a legal dispute. The owners are asking for far more than is reasonable. And so on.
At ZION CEBU, we know that our long-term success depends on the reputation of my business. And the best way to build a repuation is to be honest. That's why we always tell the customer about all the problems with the lots available. ZION CEBU's trademark is the fact that we are always frank and upfront with the client. We won't try to hide anything, because we believe in working with the customer, not against the customer. But at the same time, we will also try to work out solutions to the problems. Our ultimate goal is to deliver the best possible compromise to the customer. Surprise! In most cases, the customer will tell us that the perfect dream lot has been found.
